I released a small update, it should fix the problem. Please let me know, if it's still occuring or there are any other issues. Also keep in mind that mods that change 'sounds.xml' file might conflict between each other.

Love the mod, but it seems to conflict with Tainted Azazel's sneezing sound. Trial by elimination links the two. Dunno what's going on, but I haven't noticed any other issues at the moment.

Is it still happening with everything else disabled?

I'll echo Mephiles's comment and say I have the same issue. I've checked the mod files and still unsure why it happens. Certain sound effects just don't play when the mod is enabled

The game sometimes caches the mod files and actual restart is required to see changes.

@MephilesKun I have no idea why it's happening, but it shouldn't be. I turned off every other mod I have except this one and restarted the game. And either way it works fine for me. Try turning off everything you have installed one by one. If you sure it's none of your mods what you can try is resubscribing to this mod.

Cool mod. But when it enabled, a lot of other sounds just missing (heart pick up, entering arcade, some final boss sounds etc...). I don't have any other sound mod enabled. When I disable your mod all sounds came back. I really like "Zote Damage Sounds". Couldn't you pls check if it's on your mod or not? thx.

@blimblio the scrimblio Make sure you don't have any other mods enabled that replace death sound. Only one will work
