Models are made on the bones of Citizen. If you want it to be higher, you need to make custom bones, and this is not the right job. It's easier to scale up in code

There just aren't many good primaris models out there and I'm wanting to have some Sons of Sanguinius themed primaris models.

restarted and they show up in the spawn menu but not the playermodel menu

this addon is independent, it does not need third parties. Most likely you did not restart the game after installation.
