Nicotine should still count as chemical, imo. How you could do it is just have it so it is still seperate, but triggers the whole "this is chemical, so you drug fascionated people, you can be happy"

After all, nicotine is one of, if not the, most adictive drugs! (remember, nicotine is at a super low percentage in cigaretes, and those are very addictive)
