Seeing how old this mod is, I think it's broken, given the description I think that it was suppose to do damage but it doesn't anymore.

I found a way to sort of make it work... it requires another mod that gives you a fus ro dah shout and use is at the same time as this to have the effect of it working and have awesome audio

The only way to make this cool is to use the Admin Gun to kill NPCs because this swep can't kill.
