Imo a perfect balancing mod for smokeleaf would just make it like 50% less addictive and add the munchies, but there's already a mod for the munchies.

Smokeleaf should still count as chemical, imo. How you could do it is just have it so it is still seperate, but triggers the whole "this is chemical, so you drug fascionated people, you can be happy"

After all, nicotine (Which is in weed, which is what smokeleaf is implied to be) is one of, if not the, most adictive drugs! (remember, nicotine is at a super low percentage in cigaretes, and those are very addictive)
