I don't know why the edict would cause this, at the moment I am not playing stellaris due to the pricing for the dlcs being too high and so forth. If anyone else wishes to pick up this mod, you have my full permission to edit as needed, just please tag me as the original creator.

Also reporting greyed out shipyards caused by this mod. Which is a shame, because this mod is the only one that gives an edict that boosts upgrade speed for starbases.

pls update idk if its a compatibility issue but this mod seems to be greying out my shipyards and not letting me use them for some reason

It is still compatible, and no I will not add another modifier until I think it will need one relating to what the mod title is.

it is not, there are technologies as well, and this really isn't a cheat mod, so please do not try and bring in an argument, I beg you. It also is partially made to rebalance a few things but I don't know enough coding to straight up directly change those things, so it is in the form of an edict and some tech.
