Bubin, since CWR3 mods has rangers and I didn't wanted to include the rangers. I might add something like Special Forces Command which might include rangers etc but I don't know when I'll get back to this to be honest.

I know in fact they dont wear those hats in combat but its a video game,I do give that kind of gear to special forces units to make them look distinctive,you are more than welcome to change their in-game via Eden or Zeus.

Hey man, just a heads up. Cav scouts didn't actually use those decorative hats in the field. They just used the same helmets and boonies as everyone else. I mean I know they look cool and all, but they're not comfortable and stick out like a sore thumb when you're trying to be all sneaky and such.

I'm pretty sure DLC causes as it happened with other mods,not just HAFM.

its something specifically from the faction mod itself oddly, which I can't imagine what exactly, as I use everything except HAFM normally with sogpf when not using this.

Seems its SOGPF doing it, I had it on to use the FWA submod that makes their m16s use sog anims, rip that.

Rrrrr, make sure you run only mods (not dlcs).If you keep getting the same error verify the game cache.

Don't know why, but running this with all the required mods seems to give me an access violation error and CTD arma 3 on startup. Only thing it adds to my mod list is HAFM, and running the mod without that still gives the CTD too. Same with only running the required mods and it.

Morgan,Cold War Rearmed III has regular infantry,although for upcoming Gulf War theme update,I might do regular infantry along with special forces.

Turns out I'm an idiot. I had SOG Prairie Fire enabled and apparently it's not compatible with the mod since it's working fine now. I forgot to disable it the first time. It's probably better if I disable it when I'm not using it anyway. Thanks for the reply, I look forward to using this mod a lot!

Ghost,I'm sad to hear that.I heard its caused by game itself,not the mods or the users fault.Maybe verify the games cache and try again.

Sadly, this mod doesn't work for me. I'm using only the mod and the mods needed for it to work. I load into the main menu and immediately get a access violation error. I've tried uninstalling the mod and the other required mods. It's just not working for me.

They are the units literally you either can use or fight them from this mod Pilgrim.
