You could try my other map The Matrix, it has somewhat similar geometry and gameplay with CIA stealth being an option

Probably my favorite map in the entire game, including vanilla maps. Super well developed, pretty, balanced, clearly a lot of thought and effort went into it. Love the tight spaces and complicated geometry that really makes you use all the tools you have.

there is a door in a building which cant be accessed, i do not know why, like the path is too narrow

One funny thing - you can take the vip, escort it outside of the red zone, go undercover and have the vip follow you when going past enemies.
