Do you mean floating dry dock ? That's the building I know that go over water and is used to repair/transport/build a ship

Hi there, I know you don't particularly like requests but if possible could you create just a simple construction building for ships, like a big tall building that can fit ships inside and maybe can go over water, it would be an amazing addition to a naval dockyard.
