I don't know why your outpost became palace. I changed look of outpost to palace in my other mod "Beautiful City"

Also i don't know why you can't build roughes guild. Strange, select only this mod and check again pls.
I verified all files and run the game with this mod. everything is ok

Yes. But there will be so much buildings in the list like marketplace, marketplace lvl 2and 3 or blacksmith, blacksmith lvl 2-3. Henchmans wont build all lvl 2-3 buildings. Also they have no price.
That's why i created this mod. Cheat is absolutely not stable.

*enter* "build anything" *enter*... much more stable version
