You have to have level 20 balls to get all hot girls to have anal sex with you. So you need the a better outfit probably, or make sure to drink Whiskey before asking.

ok mod works but for me it seems to break the anal function like almost every girl will turn me down when ask for anal and i have over max balls

These MODs are not fully tested with everything in the game and may cause some issues in places. That is one reason we release stuff like this as Mods and not official, but if you contact us at support at d-dub.com with what's happening, we can work to see if we can fix it.
