love the outfit, I think the footstep sockets may not have been set right on the costume though as I'm noticing dweller footsteps are appearing around hat kid's body

Very nice, Hat in time's always reminded me of Psychonauts in it's level design so this is a perfect fit.

@AllSeeingAI unfortunately i have pretty little to no knowledge to coding custom hats themselves :steamsad:

Would you consider, since you clearly have interest, messing with the Goggles hat to make it work more like the game's version? Like making you jump higher and move faster?
Maybe compress it so it alone doesn't take a full minute on my mod loader?

Wish there was a Raz sprint flair. Maybe make the levitation sphere a scooter replacement. I don't like clogging up my hat wheel; so I tend to avoid mod hats when I can. This mod, however is friggen awesome as is.
