Thats why I said turn it off and build a new transport.
A new game would be optimal though.
There is no harm in keeping this on even with their fix. I do.

Report: Mine is fixed by hotfix patch 3. RC Transport now shown 45 capacity after research.

yup the patch seems to have fixed it, still be a good idea to keep this around just in case for some strange reason the developers accidentally reintroduce that bug back into the game which can happen if someone is being lazy when working on code and just copy/pastes old code in by accident again.

Give it a try. There is an off switch in the mod directly.
Turn it off and build an RC. Report back.

Unknown. Try it. All I did was put back whats going to be in the game in another hotfix so you are going to have see anyway.
