Medic having a spy head makes sense. Hes a cruel character. Pyro having another pyros head doesnt. It doesnt fit his character. Hes too cute and playful. Its also pretty big and paintable which is a problem because from behind if its painted orange, you might assume they are red. Even if they are blue. Im sorry for being negitive but im doing it to help you get a better idea on what to do and not do.
