Have you ever thought about making these assets as the run down, abandoned buildings as seen in the last 2 pics? They would be great for an actual depressed area in the game.

@robmarrone: It's a growable, if you zone commercial it should grow eventually. I use the Plop The Growables mod. You should be able to search for "Wilkinsburg" in Find IT.

@sleepypirate: Cool! Do you remember when there were businesses in the bulding, or just the way it is now? I have some more things coming that you should be able to recognize too.

Dude,,, this shop has so much character to it. I can actually remember what it was like to go into one of these family shops.. The dusty air and the smell of the clothes inside... Very cool. Gotta have it.

Honestly you can find this building/facade style in all the mid-Atlantic coastal cities. Great contribution you've made here!

Hey ! Nice one again :) and many thanks for the short background - story ! I really enjoy reading about something like this ... especially when its just an ordinary "unknown/unimportant" building. That also brings back some "life", particulary when you take a look at the last two rl - pictures ... very sad. :/
