Casters probably don't have enough frames to work with and improve

Fair enough! I was talking about implementing it in the main pack because you can access the skins via beating the pumpkin moon though, if you want an actual suggestion to reanimate, it'd be the dungeon skeleton guys (im looking at you, casters).

Pumpkin Moon enemies have enough animation on them to not look static, so i didn't touch them
