Half of the people who voted on this effect hate it and half of them love it. It's a perfect and exact 50% love and hate ratio. I will never understand why this is so common. The community is divided.

Wearing a hat with this effect actually has a very thematic easter egg, where when you die, you have a 1 in a 100 chance to explode into Power Items, and play a very loud pichuun. Next time pick Easy Mode, beeeetch!
