The effect has been updated (screenshots):
Removed sprite depthblend.
Made the glow more visible during the transition from stage 2 to stage 3 burst.
Fixed the stage 3 burst to actually work in random 360 degree rotations and slightly increased burst radius.
Made the overall effect more visible.
