After checking I realized the condition of seats doesn't affect their storage either, so I guess "usually" isn't even right. Condition only reduces storage for the trunk, and the gas tank if you count that.

No, repairing the glove box and heater doesn't actually do anything. Health usually affects the storage of car containers, but not the glove box, and the heater doesn't slow down at all from damage. It's purely cosmetic.

while the heater's condition affects how fast the heating/cooling can be for your desired temp

fairly sure glovebox health affects how much the glovebox it can hold

Hi, I've had no issue repairing the heaters and gloveboxes of any modded vehicle I've downloaded except for the ZRAP mod, I can repair the heater fine but the glovebox gives me no options for repair.

Personally I'd like to repair radios just to have more things to repair in general as I like the repair system to pass the time and to improve things.

@Lekelokobs dude, why you need to repair radio? It is easyst part for changing and you can use regular radio from buildings or the one your made yourself. I can't see any reason why you need to repair original radio. No negativity

Secondly, how about adding option to repair radio aswell?

This mod is amazing, a mod that lets us uninstall and reinstall police/ambulance/fireman sirens off vehicles and onto others would be a great mod and would pair nicely

Idk why, maybe its just my game but the some cars from the Filibuster Rhymes Used Cars have troubles with this mod, The Franklin EF70 Box Truck to be exact, the glovebox was badly damaged, it was on red when I got it, the storage was 13, i repaired it to 100% but the storage didn't change

Hello! Tested it locally on my private server and I can confirm the bug reported by @Tofuman. Repairing the Heater does not consume the propane torch. Everything else seems to work correctly.

Your mod still works after 41.78 is released but crafting parts will not consume any propane torch units.

Q: Has anyone found the repair glovebox does not work specifically on certain modded cars? I've read some comments on other repair mods that some of them won't fix the glovebox of certain cars from certain car mods. If that is an actual issue, perhaps it's due how certain car mods are coded?

mod doesn't seem to work on dedicated server. no right click option for the heater. glove box works fine.

Have to agree with the guy below, lightbar would be great too ((fantastic for the other stuff though, it'sreally helped in getting some of the good key'ed wrecks repaired up! 10/10)).

Nothing more annoying than a desirable vehicle with a poor heater...they simply aren't worth investing resources into for long term/winter use.

This mod changes that.

Not going to question why this isn't part of the game already, just gonna use, like and fave this!

Hi @PipMagnet - recently I saw new vehicle components called "tow attachment" and "rope attachment" that cannot be repaired in any way. Would you be able to make a mod to repair those too as those components are keeping my vehicles from reaching 100%. Thanks in advance!

something about multiple players or multiplayer servers just doesnt agree with this mod but its not generating any errors to trace unfortunately either.

The options dont appear for me either but thats only when using 2 in 1 Survivors Mod.

When I go into vehicle repair and right click on either the heater or the glovebox nothing appears. It appears to be just like vanilla. Even after equipping all the possible tools, nothing pops up. The game still doesn't let me do anything to those two things.

@H'aku Do the menu options appear when right-clicking on the heater or glovebox in the vehicle mechanics menu? I'm trying to determine if the options appear and just don't work, or if the options are completely absent.

The mod just doesn't seem to have any effect. I can neither repair, nor uninstall the heater or glovebox.

@Zaspath @H'aku What exactly doesn't work on a dedicated server? More specific information on what errors are happening or what actions are failing would be helpful.

Yea I can also say, that hosting a server with this mod doesn't allow it to work.

I'm finding that this also doesn't work in MP on a dedicated server.

Tested on 41.56 new save. No red errors during testing. The only other mod activated was Cheat Menu to spawn the vehicles in for testing. Works flawlessly. A definite must-have mod.

@Josko it should work on modded vehicles as well. I tested it on most of the KI5 vehicles and repair options show for all the vehicles that I have installed.

Does this work with the Commando Cage Vehicle mod?

Love this mod. I had to change in the files the heater repair requirements to use the Electrical skill, scrap electronics, screwdriver and wires. Because heater is obviously an electrical device.

has anyone gotten this working on MP (non-dedicated server)? I have it subscribed, all players on the MP game are subscribed, its active in the .ini and shows up in the server settings, however no repair options are shown for the glovebox or heater, they are still unable to be interacted with. One strange thing to note is the 12% glovebox is showing as 10 carry weight as IF it were repaired fully, but it hasnt been. i dont know whats goin on with it, any help?
