I heard its not so hard to manually edit myself, just need Crowbar and Blender right? Well, probably just Crowbar if i already have an asset that i plan using

If you mean mods that change his hairstyle, then yeah obviously it isn't compatible, that's not how mods work. The only way to make it "compatible" is if you manually edited it to have the hair you want.
