Unfortunately it seems you are not the only one experiencing issues with the vehicle. However, I feel that the issue isn't on my end. I just checked the vehicle with only the base Photon addon and there were no problems. Feel free to send screenshots though, I could try to get help for y'all.

I think LW's skin making tutorial [docs.google.com] should help you out pretty good. There is a section that shows you how to create your own .VMT file. My VMT values that are used in the base paint may not suit all types of skins so I won't add a sample VMT with those values.

Thanks for answer. Maybe I didn't put it that way. I can work with texture files, I don't need any help in this area. But I do not know what commands to write in the VMT file. Simply put, I need a sample skin.vmt file. This will help both me and others, as well as increase the popularity of your addon due to new skins. Is it possible to add it to the addon during the next update?

You will need to make a VMT on your own, and name them accordingly. As for the skin itself, you’ll be working with a VTF file. It’s best that you search online for a skin making tutorial, as I myself am not experienced with that portion to explain it properly to you.
