All E (ellipse) are markings with dot

What does the "E" in the asset names mean? I want to disable the arrows with the dot but I don't wanna accidentally disable the ones without the dot!

We need bigger American national roads like: 1+2, 2+2, 2+3, 3+3, and also 1+1 with turning lane and so on! It would be very useful please make bigger national roads!

@TheWizardM just use a regular right turn arrow. The shapes of the turns are pretty much the same (if the roundabout is designed properly).

Left side traffic version please. Nowhere have I been able to find roundabout and mid intersection turning arrows for left side traffic. Yoroshiku onegaishimasu.

Excellent! There are some roundabouts where I live that have these marks. I will use this asset in my Clarington build. Thanks for the contribution.
