The paintings overwrite the normal ones sold by the painter npc, so it's impossible to get vanilla biome-specific paintings when this mod is enabled

Content wise, the bosses and even weapons are pretty cool, and high quality, but god the balance is so bad. Early game weapons are bonkers broken

Was able to get it to work by deleting it out of Tmodloader (wrong version and would not update). I then resubscribed it and enabled in Tmodloader, that seemed to fix it.
