Maybe late to the party but for those who got stuck at the typewriter after entering room 101's password, here is a workaround :

When you're in the room, don't use the tyewriter...obviously..., but open the console and type "ent_fire typewriter_door open" (without quotes).

This will allow you to continue the map as intended (and without issues normally)

I've always loved this map way back in the day! I'm surprised it works as well as it does on the current game, had to run it on GMod 12 before.

I am.. I am impressed. One of the best.. If not the best puzzle I have played. The design, story, sounds, spooks, everything. God knows if this would not be a fun stand-alone. Bravo.
