Can dustwich be updated to give a nutritional advantage? The bulk recipe requires 4 bread and 32 cactus fruit, but gives the same nutrition as 4 bread. It's a waste of materials at the moment.

Can you update this to 1.4?

@Carlos Thanks, I changed the food around and fucked it up. It should be better now but there may be a bunch of little updates coming out along with 1.4 since I'm working on it again.

I think something happened to the Food Cubs, they now have two time values?

@Cugitay If you go into the recipes xml in the VFC and find bakes and under every entry for <li>VCE_Flour</li> you also add the following line:
<li MayRequire="Super.Kenshicuisine">Super_Strawflour</li>

You'll get what you're after.

@supersonic will you patch the recipes to work with the Medieval Overhaul? I did it on my copy but it may interest other players:
For food recipes:

For the wheatstraw into flour:

Also I wondered if a 4 x recipe for superbread using the medieval overhaul oven (DankPyon_StoneOven) could be made as an early game alternative to the super bread "fermenting" process. I only ask because playing with 'semi random research' and stone cutting (starting as tribals) is always one of the later researches for some weird reason on half my playthroughs (I mean I've never had it appear in my first ingame year), however baking crops up pretty early (equally I dont know if VE cooking expanded has an oven equivalent). I have over a thousand flour and nothing to do with it and an oven just sitting there...great mod though!

Small patch tonight that just corrected an oversight with the sake barrel. Tried working on an integration patch for Comigo's and VE Cooking but was having some trouble actually getting it to work right, so it may be a short while off still.

@Kazymir easiest way would probably be to make a separate strawflour recipe which will take the flour from VE as an ingredient. I'll look into doing it when I get around to looking into the patch for Comigos Adequate Cooking Expanded. Being a bit lazy lately though so no promises of anything in the next couple of weeks.

@Kazymir , it uses unique defs, so it should not conflict with any cooking mods. However, flour / wheat from this mod are not interchangeable with VE cooking, they behave differently.

Is the strawflour compatible with Vanilla Expanded's Cooking module?

@osobeses -- there are a few kenshi mods out there right now. Check out Rim-Hivers or Kenshi Armory if you haven't already.

Oh, I did add the meatwrap. Just not the chewsticks/cactus rum. I'll work on those later this week.

Forgot about chew sticks and cactus rum, can get those added. Dried meat isn't in because it's redundant and lots of other mods cover it, and shawarma doesn't exist in kenshi afaik
