This actually is a model that i purchased from Nukude directly on booth.pm

The addon here is not copied from the one you stated, it just so happens to be the NKD protogen

When it comes to workshop content, you just click the "Subscribe" button on an addon that you would like to have and it will automatically download it through steam or when you start the game!

Yes, the model is paid for and I have bought the model from Nukude directly for 50 dollars. This isn't like I am giving the source of the files. The NKD protogen has a lot to it's source then just what I have. There are many different types of tails and other things that not even this player model/ragdoll has.
And this goes under public use which is allowed by the creator of the NKD protogen as it is custom.

And just to add to even more crediting to what I have, I'm going to be putting the link to the store where you can buy the files for the NKD Protogen for yourself.

the only reason I hate furries overall is because well, only around %1.2 of the community has an actual furry who didnt participate in very horrible fetishful acts or just horrible acts at all, its that the bad side overpowers the good side of the furry community and its the reason why most people hate it aswell
