Are you sure the year in your game matches the production years (70-00)?

This mod won't show in-game when i try to purchase it through a large dock. It used to work before the game release. All the other modded ships i own, including the other military ships from this series, work, only the Kiev one doesn't.

I am still learning how to play this game so sorry to ask but what exactly does it mean when it says theres no road to connect to destinations? Basically I set a course from the Vehicle and Container Harbor to the Soviet Borders in other words oiutside of the map by sea and it does not start due to telling me there is no road connection. Any assistance ot advice would be apreciated because i love the mod and want to know how to properly use it.

@TheMrRoberson basically yes, by Montreux Convention aircraft carriers can't transit Bosphorus strait, so USSR built "aircraft-carrying cruisers" (as other capital ships are permitted for Black Sea countries)
