This for the Boomette would be better I think.
The Boomer already has TRS/Beta mods for it, including sounds. Boomette is just a L4D2 addition, so having the Screamer replace the Boomette only considering she has custom sounds would work well. The Boomer and Screamer could "co-exist" that way.

Dead Island Riptide had a real good goliaph screamer girl.

I've restored the original screamer particles by elAlmenara, so now the vomit is an invisible scream, and victim screen turns black & white instead of green:
