I like to try and keep the original game's balance in some way when I play, is why I proposed those little suggested tweaks is all. :P As for the upgradable outpost, is why I suggested the Gov Center as the castle since its interface does have the upgrade button in it already and might be easier to do with that. But anyway, its up to you, I just wanted to give my input is all.

Recently i understood that all majesty players looks for something perfect for himself. That's why i decided to create few mods for me first of all.

I felt this mod like i've done it, but Governor's Center. I wanted to make it up upgradable from outpost but i don't know how.

About fountains and outpost look you can change it very easy. If you want i can explain how to fix it for you.

Becides i used outpost sprite for another building it my other mod " Decor Buildings".
So i play on a big map and have one huge city with everything, few big cities with Governor's Centers, more towns with Outposts and a lot of villages with a few small buildings.

Fountains give you additional tax collectors, this may change the balance of the game beyond just aesthetics.

I'd also prefer outposts stay the outpost style of look.

This Governor's Center, could be the palace level 1, and be upgradable. But that should be in a separate mod considering its function goes beyond aesthetics.
