Too late for major item adjustments (like adding new style without eyes). Adding no-hat style as an option is fairly easy for Valve to do, doesn't require any additional models to be added to game and already happened to Handsome Devil for example.

Please give us a hatless style. It just does not work with Engineer and Soldiers with their stock helmets.
