I think this is not possible right now. Odex made once, but it was not the best solution. Visually, you could see a dead player near to a live one for a millisecond.
Maybe in the future one of us will figure out how to do this in better way. ┐(￣ヘ￣)┌

When you play in multiplayer with someone, you will see only your area as in the screenshot. You can also check this in campaigns, camera will not focus on bots.

Very nice. I tried to do this long ago but instead of using ignore mode I just used null and it obviously didn't work. Thanks for being smart and figuring this out
