i was play a normal game have build my omega telescope and got all my breakthroughs ,i was play with the wildfire mystery in time i got the need to do the research the requirement don't show up. in the breakthrough i think that because i have all the breakthrough it don't give me the need tech.(i have the option for all breakthought on but not already research.)

It unlocks any from UIColony:GetUnregisteredBreakthroughs()

Doesn't unlock all breaktroughs. Most, but not all.
If you HAPPEN to get a breaktrough it didn't unlock after you built omega, it will become unlocked too, but sometimes you'll have some crucial breakthroughs missing.

Just unlocks, you gotta do the research (I'll probably add a mod option to pick).

do it also unlock all the break thoughts or do you have to research each one?

There isn't a hard limit, just only so many things that unlock them
