@llock19490 I have no idea why, as I'm not very familiar with this aspect of the game. But you can use the Building Themes mod https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=466158459 It sees all my assets, I've checked.

Excellent addition! Work for the Mill. Pay them rent. Buy from the company store. Drink in local taverns. Lose job. Get evicted. Move into the one room shacks located near the landfill. New England rules!
