If you're using them for posing, I recommend using the Ragdoll Poser STool since it will basically enable Blender-style posing while also letting models no collide everything.

The ragdoll legs collide with the ground wrong, making it look like Niko is floating above the ground. This is an issue with every model.

It is a bit of a hacky material shader thing, but it shouldn't require anything. Working fine on my end at least...
