You’re right for the specularity of the roof, i hesited but your comment definitively convinced me. I will do it for the next ones and maybe i will update this one later.
I don’t know how submesh works, so i don’t use it.

As a lausannois this made me very happy and very depressed since i lived around those for years. Good job on recreating the true Swiss experience, although it'd reduce specularity on roof a bit. You might wanna look into dirtdecals as 'submesh' so you can make even more variants with that.
