I changed the AI package to one that sits in the bar at day and patrols at night, hopefully making it easier for you to get it. This will at least make it possible to pickpocket him without as many prying eyes, but he still won't sleep. Getting it without committing crime is impossible, but it should be, because taking something from someone unwilling to give it will be a crime in either case :p. You also won't be getting a Meitou Paladin's Cross without getting in trouble with HN

how am i supposed to get it from finn without commiting crimes? he doesnt even sleep so i cant pickpocket it off of him,
