I figured out the cut off problem but the bullet impact decals are still upside down.

The decals aren't working properly, they are upside down and the splatter decal are cut off.

A lite version, the decals are re-done to be smaller and more realistic in size

blood has no lighting at all on dark maps if you kill someone in the dark and if blood got on a wall it glows and it looks weird

The bullet wounds are flipped because the source engine puts the wounds in a random rotation when it doesn't know which way to point it
