5 years is the vanilla cooldown.
You shouldn't need a new game. Maybe try unsubbing, resubbing, make sure the mod is getting updated on your machine.
The problem was the court button wasn't appearing, right? Hard for me to check, since I don't have the DLC myself.
Fixed, forgot to update something for the latest CK3 release
Not updated for last patch, no. I had an update I was working on before that patch, I'll finish it one of these days. After the Warhammer 3 Total War modding, Napoleon Total War modding, and now Elden Ring.
Hmmm, you're making me rethink this whole system. Maybe I could do something where hunting, instead of being a decision, is a character interaction, and it brings up a list of provinces under that character's control. You pick one and can either ask for permission or poach.
I've seen those types of bugs posted on the ck subreddit, and now I'm the cause of one of them!
There's a ridiculous amount of scripting just to add a single secret/crime to the game, I was bound to overlook something.
Everyone needs a hobby away from their hobby.
In this mod you hunt per province, so almost all counts will have 3-4 provinces in their sub-realm. If your worried about being forced to poach, you can always hunt on your own property even if it's overhunted, although the draw back is it will usually result in a 'bad hunt' from which you can't advance the hunting lifestyle trait.
