@Elster, it does overwrite the base tracks, im not super good with XML. Currently working on a version where it adds instead of replaces, as long as the music mods youre using ADD tracks instead of replace you should be ok. I use this with P-Music just fine.

Does the mod REMOVE original soundtracks or just add additional ones?
I have a few other Soundtrack packs. So will they work with this one?

It seems this mod conflicts with the medieval music mod slightly because the songs share the same name.
