It would be nice to add one with an integrated rail loading terminal so that rail distribution offices might correctly work with them

The fuel sign is optional, it the same sign as on all other vaniilla and moded buildings.

could there be a big oil tank without the fuel sign ? it destroys the scenery a bit as its english in soviet industrial hubs
