I subscribe to everything in the collection but the map still doesn't work

The only error that can occur is if you haven't subscribed to the linked collection. Have you done so?

Thats weird? Have you modified the highways at all where they exit the map? They need to remain vanilla...I can't think what else it may be?

UPDATE All blue mantle gone, NAR railway tracks installed to downtown area, more trees added and the theme mixer has been updated also. New ship paths coming from the pacific as well.

Looks great but unwilling to download/rate until a picture is uploaded of the tiles and starting tile, this appears to be around the bridge, but as we know, the bridge is quite a distance from San Francisco itself, if you could include a tile map that would be great.
