Yeah, that's an unfortunate possibility with any elevator chunks using floor (including clear). There really isn't a great solution to that which keeps the chunks intact but you can always remove the offending ones from your personal copy if you want, just open the pack in the editor, extract the files, go to make a new pack and save everything but the ones you don't want.

I'll add a disclaimer to the description at least to make that more clear, honestly thought I already had that but it's definitely something to know up front.
