Is strange, beacuse i uninstaled the no collide addon and is still working, and yes, installed the cprrect and necesary addons

As for the arms, they should move without any additions made to them. If you are experiencing problems you most likely don't have the correct mods or mods you have are conflicting with them.

The No Collide Everything is for the turret tool, after duping the turret will have any disabled collisions re-enabled.
