All mod ID's can be found by looking at the address bar at the top of the page, either on steam on in your browser. (or by clicking the share button)
The string of digits at the end will be the mod ID folder in your steam workshop folders :)
It's the kind of thing I'd overlook for a gameplay-altering mod, but unfortunately I can't justify using a purely graphical mod when it's making the game look worse almost as often as it makes it look better.
Last updated almost 2 years ago, so I don't expect an update, though of course it would be nice. If this mod is no longer maintained, at least this can be a heads-up for other players.
Why?

Happens when you cycle too many animations back to back without waiting for them to finish. I'll see if I can do something about it but I'm not sure I can. In any case it should disappear on the next turn regardless, no need to reload.
Might update in the future to make it accurate without it.
