So from what I'm gathering from the photos is that Ostbayerische is friends-ish with West Germany and not so friends with East Germany. Or are they just photos?

Yes (check features), Make sure the gamemaster module is configured so as to accept all addons.

As a non-german, i recieved a lot of advice from germans during the dev process 🤷‍♂️ Its really just meant to be an INDFOR faction to fuck around with between West and East Germany.

@ ミカ [GER] : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wryUBGWMp6M with this you can in a matter of half an hour, make your own factions using existing assets. It is very easy, don't use ALiVE orbat, it doesnt work anymore. Drongo's does the job just fine. Enjoy. No programming skills required.

No, i haven't made an OPFOR version and neither am i interested in atm. They were always conceptually an INDEP faction.

Although i wish i had access to more "third party" tanks in the context of the cold war, i dont. I also didn't want the faction to have a tank of comparable strength to East Germany/Czechs and West Germany.

If you're making missions, you can always use the GM texture system and provided texture paths in the description to change things up.

The Bavarians are more like the Austrians but without the italian touch, for my taste theyre looking a bit too east european.

no. Post war environment. i made up some bs to justify its existence but the purpose of the faction is just to be an indfor german state faction to get in the way of both nato and the warsaw pact.

@Owl, i cant reproduce your issue, its all fine on my end. I recommend verifying game cache or checking the integrity of my mod via launcher.

wdym? they dont speak high german? well aware but I don't have multiple bavarians on hand to give me 1000 lines each to do a full radio protocol for a language thats *sometimes* used

They don't speak german ingame? i'll need the name of the unit spawned cus that'll likely be an oversight on my part.
