I did get a blocked thruster message when I first made the ship. Makes sense now. Our group now has three of these little ships digging away at ore and such. Thanks for putting it out there.

So no resources specs?

It has thrusters behind the spotlights, perhaps you are playing on a server that disallows blocked thrusters

@442 This is not a RE bug...it's a game bug

I think the default version needs front thrusters so it can get out of the holes that it digs.

Nice and agile. I swapped out a few strut type blocks for two forward facing enclosed medium thrusters so the ship could go backwards. If you really get going, it does take a moment to slow down, but for hovering while mining, it work great.

hello, there is a bug with reforged Eden 1.5.5 when I mine the ship is push outside the hole everytime, I already have restart the game

how come there are no trusters in the front so i have problems flying backward :D

This thing is so good it feels like cheating.
The resources needed are a tiny bit above what you want to spend at lvl 7 but.... you can get those back and more in no time.

@BigSexy69 This blueprint requires the mod "Reforged Eden" to work. Normally, small vessels are not allowed to carry the drill miners, this mod allows them to.

Hi, I'm new to the game and was looking for a starter miner and thought this looked pretty cool! I tried it out and it's telling me I can't use it in my survival world because it contains a forbidden block...How do I fix this?

09Klr650 - I did some testing and found exactly what you suggested. If I drill at an angle it's okay, but if I'm right vertical the game can freak out and teleport me out of the hole. Certainly not the fault of the ship, but irritating. Thanks for the tip.

Oooh, subscribed! I have a larger version of the Auger I use for later-early stage mining. But totally different SV and HV ones for very early starter ships. Never considered actually scaling the Auger down for earlier use.

plc.reboot I have seen when digging straight down the game will teleport you up above ground. Not sure if it is a game mechanic because it thinks you are "stuck" or not. I just make sure to drill at at least a slight angle from vertical.

I just subscribed to this ship, and I think it has a lot of potential as a starter SV to help get the minerals together for bigger ships. Excellent.
I am having a problem, however, and I don't know if it's a problem with the ship, or a problem with the game (or Reforged Eden).
I keep getting teleported out of the hole I am digging and sent aboveground. The console shows an error that the ship was "out of the playfield" so it was teleported. Very strange. I have never had this happen before, but it happened about 8 times in the same hole.
