no you dont need to own the trailer

hmm try to load game of some other save you have
sometime when profile is "broken" it have issue with cargoes
but first be sure you see the trailer
NOTE2: You can find the trailer in game trailers reviews:

Do you have to own the trailers before you can carry the cargoes you have made mods for?
