It's actually quite possible I am disgruntled_guy pretending I'm someone else so I don't get sucked into this conversation. You should take what I said as fact, just to play it safe

The only texture from a map theme that's visible here is the parking lot asphalt that's probably Albedo. Everything else looks to be done with dirt decals.

Kinda reminds me on Pixar's Cars ^^ Good job tho
