For anyone wanting to edit or trim down the dialogue tree from my mod, I’ve grouped the accusation section into the top left area of the “LETYOUKNOW” script. The edit should be simple: open it in the in-game editor and delete all dialogue groups except the starting/entry group and the accusation group.
There are also separate groupings for compliments, criticisms, curses, blessings, and magic gifts, so trimming down the other dialogue options should be straightforward :)
Personally, I think that (seeing as this mod is all about this still) it would be cool to lean into it a bit - add the items as spawns, get NPCs using them as well.
It'd probably be (too?) hard for the player - maybe the items could be balanced to be less like "god items" and more like items that add a decent challenge for the player. I think it'd still be manageable, you'd just have to take on the NPCs wielding these items in more of a careful manner. Staying out of their line of sight, targeting their legs with the heart, etcetera.
Kind of a fun thought IMO. I'd a big fan of urban fantasy, it'd be pretty neat to see a mod that puts that kind of spin on the whole game world.
