This Title Screen Isaac appears when you get Infinite% (aka, getting Dead God on all three files) if I recall correctly.

@Dimitrosaurus Well, the wiki shows a different profile icon, one closer to the achievement itself. I’m confused about that.

@devin.thepokemontrainer appears when you get the "Dead God" achievement, in other words, when you get all previous 636 achievements, you get the 637th (Dead God).

That's odd, my Mod only affects the file that concerns the drawing itself, and nothing else of the Title Screen, this might be caused by other mods that don't overlap well with this one?

For some reason, it removes the title of the game from the title screen, leaving only the sleeping isaac.

Yeah, this Mod is only visible for people who actually got Dead God, so I don't expect everyone to be able to visualize it right off the bat

Still, I do believe a peacefully sleeping Isaac is a better reward than an obese one (even if it's a Wrath of the Lamb reference)
